Dear Member,
I am delighted to advise you that thanks to your prompt responses we have now met the requirement for a simple majority of our membership base to support our Written Resolution to appoint a fourth trustee.
Accordingly it is with great pleasure that I confirm that Paul M Reid (former first team captain), will now become our 4th trustee, alongside Andrew Geldard, David West and Paul W Reid, allowing the Trustees to achieve quorum and vote on any operational matters, approve budgets, and generally officially undertake Club business.
The Trustees will now undertake the necessary steps to get the appointment formalised with the Charity Commission.
On behalf of all the Trustees we would like to thank you for your prompt attention and continued support to such an important Governance issue and we look forward to being in contact again in due course with regards to holding the first AGM as a new Trustee Board.
