At Dunmow Cricket Club, we’re proud to offer a thriving adult cricket programme with opportunities for players of all abilities. We currently field four adult teams, giving everyone the chance to play competitive or social cricket in a welcoming and supportive environment.

  • 1st XI – Competing at a high standard in Division 2 of the Two Counties League (Essex & Suffolk).

  • 2nd XI – Building strength and depth in Division 5 of the Two Counties League.

  • 3rd XI (Development Squad) – Providing a pathway for our talented juniors into adult cricket, competing in Division 3 of the Herts & Essex Border League.

  • Sunday XI – The perfect mix of friendly fixtures with local clubs and competitive cricket in the Herts & Essex Sunday Village League.

During the winter, we also keep the game alive by entering a team into the HECC Indoor League in Sawbridgeworth.

Training & Development

  • Summer Training – Held every Wednesday evening (6:00–7:30pm) at our picturesque St Edmunds Lane ground, open to all adult members looking to sharpen their skills.

  • Winter Nets – From late January through to the start of the season, we train at the excellent indoor nets at HECC, Sawbridgeworth.

Whether you’re an experienced cricketer or just looking to get back into the game, Dunmow CC offers competitive cricket, a great social scene, and a genuine community spirit.

Want to get involved? Come along to a training session, or contact Josh Rix our 1st XI Captain at 07545 175661 or josh_rix@hotmail.com to find out how you can become part of Dunmow Cricket Club.
