Match report dunmow were put into bowl by epping forsters. they started well with young louis smyth and will pasco opening the bowling and louis taking early wicket including the catch of the season by part time cricketer matt cooper in the slip to dismiss the opening batsman. the other opening bats man ran him self out. will pasco also took a wicket at the other end. the first change bolwers were louis long making his first adult team appearance and the captain Alex rix. neither bowler was able to make the break through so the captain had to try 9 different bowler to make to break through. epping forsters make 176 for 9 off there 40 overs.
after a good tea dunmow started the chase. opening the batting as a inform ryan Johnson and a out of form max glen-dople. max made a very good start scoring 46 while Ryan was still trying to get into double figures (7). max got to 71 and then hit it in the air to cover and was caught out. ryan did manage to find the form of past games and had to be retired on 69 making it over 150* runs and over 5 hours at the crease for the weekend. the next batsman was matt cooper who came in playing some textbook cover drives and nick kesingland who wanted to get the game finished and that what he did scoring a 6 to win the game. he finished on 11 not out and matt cooper finished on 28 not out.
